RETURNS & CHANGE
RIGHT OF RETURN
According to the Distance Selling Act, you always have a 14-day right of return. For an approved return, you must submit your package to the post office within 14 days after you have picked up your package. We do not approve the return of gift cards. If you want to make a return, follow these steps:Email us at email@example.com to receive a return slip via e-mail and return address information to return the package to.
2. Print the return slip and fill it out.
3. Fold the item back in its original packaging with original labels on, return in our environmentally friendly shipping bag, so be careful when opening the package so that it can be easily reconnected. We do not refund products that are defective or stained. If stains on the garment or any other defect are discovered upon delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
4. Put the return label in the shipping bag.
5. Then send the package back to us. You as a customer pay the return shipping.
6. When we have received your item, we will make a return to you as soon as possible. Note that they can take up to 14 working days.
7. We will always send you an email when the return is made. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for you to see the funds in your account.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order. Feel free to let us know about this on your new order so we can give you free shipping afterwards.
CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
If you want to change your order, you must quickly contact us and let us know so we can see what we can do for your specific order. If your order has already been processed, we can not make any changes or cancel your order. But email us regarding your wish and we will make sure to try to help you!
In the event of a complaint, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org . Attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number.
