TERMS OF DELIVERY
AFTER YOUR ORDER
We process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. When the order has been processed, the delivery time is 2-4 working days and you pick up the package from your postal agent. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS notification. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email and also as an SMS if you have chosen it. If you have not received this within 1 working day, please contact our customer service.
Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 1,500 after deductions for any discounts, within Sweden. For orders between SEK 1 - SEK 1499, the shipping cost is SEK 59.
We send packages in Sweden mainly with DHL. Your package will then be delivered to your local DHL Servicepoint. Notification from DHL is sent out about this.
We can also send out through PostNord. In the first instance, we then send with Varubrev class 1, which means that the package will be left in your mailbox. If this is not possible, it will be delivered to the nearest postal agent or hung on the door - depending on which choice you make in the PostNord app. Notice from PostNord will be sent out about this.
You can always track your package through the tracking number we send out when the package is sent from us.
Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days (with the exception of sales and large promotions and releases).
For packages that have not been picked up, the shipping fee will be charged. If you have regretted when the package has already been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and then send it back.
