Contact information and other information about byKimby can be found on the Website. The terms apply to all agreements that you as a consumer enter into with byKimby.

All prices on the Website include applicable VAT. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permit to order from us.

We reserve the right to make errors, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as any final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. Any recommendations are only recommendations based on personal opinions. We work to make our photos as representative as possible and in line with reality. We can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. All attempts at fraud are reported to the police and byKimby reserves the right to cancel the purchase if fraud is feared. All goods remain byKimby's property until full payment has been received byKimby.

Your contact information will only be seen and processed by byKimby and our partners. Your contact information will never be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties without your consent.

This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written approval.

ORDER AND CONFIRMATION

In order to make a purchase through the Website, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to abide by them in full. You further confirm and confirm that you have read the information about personal data and approved the use of cookies.

By accepting the Terms at the same time as you place your order, a binding agreement arises between RCS Group AB / byKimby and you as a customer. In connection with placing your order, you also accept that you will be liable for payment corresponding to the total amount of the order. When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. In step one, you will receive a preliminary confirmation. When your package is packed and ready to be delivered, you will then receive in step two your final order confirmation. This order confirmation also serves as a guarantee certificate after full payment has been made.

ByKimby reserves the right to deviate from the final delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order. You can place your order on the Website around the clock, the goods are normally picked up the next working day.

PAYMENT

ByKimby collaborates with Klarna AB (corporate identity number 556737-0431) where Klarna AB provides several payment solutions via Klarna Payment. Klarna AB's provision includes card payment, invoice, account invoice, partial payment, Klarna Direkt and payment via internet banking via Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. When you accept byKimby's terms of purchase and pay with Klarna Payment, you also accept Klarna AB's terms. Current conditions can be found here. ByKimby also offers payments with Swish via Quickpay . If you are connected to Swish, you have the opportunity to make payments that are deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and accept the payment via your mobile Bank ID to complete the purchase. In the event of a return, the money will be refunded to your Swish account immediately.
